1- Set offset to 0.0
 2- Select VFO (A).
 3- Press ans hold [SIMP/DUP] and [NOR/REV].
 4- Dial in desired frequency.
 5- Release [SIMP/DUP] button.
 6- Select the other VFO (B).
 7- Repeat steps3, 4 and 5 if VFO (B) Can not be set, transfer VFO (A) VFO (B) using the [WRITE] button as
     described on page 7,  item 6, of the Owners Manual. Note: [SIMP/DUP] must be out when the VFO is changed.
 8- If the tuning knob is turned again, the radio will revert back within the normal band range.
